I will firstly state that I have no idea how to use this oil, but the way I have been using it works. I already have a very vivid dream life, probably more so than most people. On nights that I want to multiply the intensity and vividness of my dreams, I put a very small amount on the sole of each foot before bed. The smell is very strong, so I use a miniscule amount. Never fail, every time I use it, my dreamscape is more vast, vivid, detailed, and long. The only drawback I noticed is that I’m really groggy the next day.
